Board of Directors
The Greater Wabash Regional Planning Commission’s board comprises four representatives from each county, for a total of 28 commissioners. The board meets quarterly in March, June, September, and December. Meetings are open to the public, and notices are posted for public view and on social media one week before the meetings.

Bylaws
Our commission first established our bylaws on December 28, 1972. The current bylaws stand as amended by the commission on December 1, 2016

2024 Annual Dinner Meeting
The Greater Wabash Regional Planning Commission’s board of directors held its Annual Dinner Meeting on March 28 at Smokin' Pig in Grayville. Before regular business, Cheryl Welge with Ameren’s Economic Development Team and Seth Whitehead with the Illinois Petroleum Resources Board addressed attendees.
Rob Anniss (president), David Savage (vice president), Scott Merkle (secretary), and Randy Hallam (treasurer) were re-elected to their respective positions as officers, and several members were recognized for their years of service on the board of directors.
